“The Beat Lives On” is a non-profit 501(c)(3)organization that was started in memory of CJ Neumann. CJ was a music producer in Lindenhurst, NY with a heart of gold, who touched others through his music and gentleness. He touched so many hearts with his kindness and friendship. CJ lost his battle against drug addiction on May 6, 2014 at the age of 22, while in recovery.
CJ’s loss will not be in vain. We will keep his music “beats” alive while supporting others to keep their heart “beats” going by sponsoring those continuing their path to recovery from drug addiction.

In coordination with Seafield Resources, funds raised by “The Beat Lives On” will be used to support individuals with their outpatient recovery. Specifically, the goal is to sponsor time in Recovery Houses after detox, allowing them to continue on their path to recovery.  In addition, we will be supplementing insurance co-payments for those in need.
